Clinical Reflexology
A clinical Reflexology treatment that works on the Reflexology reflex points in the feet, tailored to the clients individual needs.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD)
RLD is a specialised Reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care.

Maternity Reflexology
A clinical Reflexology treatment that works on the Reflexology reflex points in the feet, tailored to pregnancy. The reflex points worked will change based on the trimester of the pregnancy. I have undertaken additional specialist training with the top maternity Reflexologist in the country to enable me to deliver this treatment.

Crystal Reflexology
A clinical Reflexology treatment that works on the Reflexology reflex points in the feet, combined with the healing, energising power of Crystals. Crystal massage tools are incorporated into this treatment to stimulate the reflex points, whilst working energetically to clear any energy imbalances through the feet.

Reikiflex
A clinical Reflexology treatment that works on the Reflexology reflex points in the feet, combined with Reiki Healing energy sent through the feet to help clear any energy blockages in the body, and balance the Chakras (the bodies energy centers)

Reiki
Reiki Healing energy is channeled through the body helping to clear any energy blockages or trapped emotions. The chakras, which are the energy centers of the body are cleared and balanced during the treatment.

- £55 Ultimate relaxation: a 45minute Reflexology session, combined with a 45minute Reiki treatment. Leaving feet relaxed and re-energised from head to toe
