Facial Reflexology in Dronfield
What is Facial Reflexology?
Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology, that the different areas and parts of the face all correspond to the different parts, organs and glands of the body. by stimulating these reflex points with the fingers and thumbs using gentle pressure and massage techniques it can help to bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance, helping to relieve stress, worry, anxiety, tension and trapped emotions held in the face. clients often look like the weight of the world has been lifted from their face and shoulders after just one 60minute session.
- It leaves your face and skin glowing, with a more youthful, revitalised and re-energised look,
- The circulatory and lymphatic systems are stimulated helping to increase blood flow to the skin which stimulates collagen and elastin
- Puffiness and fluid retention is reduced.
- The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is reduced.

I Undertook my Facial Reflexology training with the World famous Ziggie Bergman. Heres what she has to say about the therapy-
“It’s not simply reflexology in another part of the body, when you stimulate reflexes on the face it has an immediate effect because of the close proximity of the brain along with structural anatomical benefits for conditions such as bells palsy, bruxism, migraines and sinus conditions. It can also be of benefit for clients and children with disabilities and we have seen remarkable results supporting children and teens with Autism, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome and Anxiety.” - Bergman Zone Method
